91³Ô¹ÏÍø has developed a comprehensive Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) to guide preparedness, response, and recovery efforts across all 91³Ô¹ÏÍø campuses. The Public Edition of the EOP provides the 91³Ô¹ÏÍø community—students, faculty, employees, and visitors—with key information about how the College plans for and responds to emergencies.
Community members are especially encouraged to review the Community Emergency Response Guidelines section of the plan for details about Emergency Notifications, FEMA Storm Shelters, Emergency Response Procedures, and other essential safety information.
The Public Edition of 91³Ô¹Ï꿉۪s Emergency Operations Plan replaces the former 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Emergency Response Plan and reflects the College’s ongoing commitment to safety, preparedness, and resilience.

Every emergency situation is unique and in all cases, 91³Ô¹ÏÍø community members assume responsibility for their own individual safety and security and should use their own best individual judgment in deciding their actions.
Issuance of a Timely Warning Alert is intended to aid in the prevention of similar crimes and to enable each individual in the 91³Ô¹ÏÍø community to take personal actions to minimize their risk of falling victim to the same crime or crimes.
Emergency Alerts issued by 91³Ô¹ÏÍø are intended to assist each individual in the 91³Ô¹ÏÍø community to take measures to protect him or herself. This plan is prepared and maintained by the 91³Ô¹ÏÍø police department.
